Coach Hall enters her third year as the Athletic Director at Notre Dame Academy and Notre Dame Academy Elementary School. Coach Hall runs the women’s volleyball program at our NDA high school and has been a member of the faculty for the past four years. In 2013 she signed nine members of the volleyball program to NCAA DI schools and qualified for a CIF Division IAA playoff berth. A former teacher and coach in Phoenix, Arizona, Coach (Jacobson) Hall ran the varsity volleyball program at Pinnacle High School where her team captured an Arizona State Runners-Up title in 2005 and she was named The Arizona Republic Big-Schools Coach of the Year and the Northeast Valley Coach of the Year.
Following her 2005 campaign, Coach Hall became the Assistant Coach at Arizona State University in the PAC-12 conference for volleyball. She helped the Sun Devils advance from an RPI ranking of 152 in 2005 to a ranking of 25 in 2006. That increase in RPI resulted in ASU reaching the NCAA Tournament for the first time in the previous four seasons, as the Sun Devils advanced to the second round of the tournament. In 2009 Coach Hall moved to the Los Angeles area to take the Assistant volleyball coaching position at Loyola Marymount University. During her two seasons at LMU Coach Hall helped guide LMU from last place finishers in the West Coast Conference to a fifth and fourth place finish respectively.
A four-year letter winner at West Texas A&M, Jacobson-Hall was a member of three Lone Star Conference Championship teams, two regional championship teams and a Final Four team in 1999. A middle blocker, Jacobson was the MVP of the 1996 Mile High Classic and was a three-time All-Lone Star Conference selection. She graduated from West Texas A&M in 2001. Coach Hall lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband Ted and their two sons David and James.
