Ms. Toledo is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where she received her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree, Masters of Arts Degree, and California Single Subject Teaching Credential through the university’s PLACE (Partners in Los Angeles Catholic Education) Corps program. She also received her Masters in Catholic Administration and Administrative Credential from LMU. She has been teaching in Catholics schools in the Los Angeles area since 2008.
Ms. Toledo is delighted to be joining the NDA family as the Fourth Grade teacher. Ms. Toledo is excited to foster a classroom environment of empathetic learners who work together to achieve results. This year, students will learn to read and think critically. In Social Studies, students will be learning California history. In Science, working with FOSS (Full Option Science System). Students will learn about energy, environments, soils, rocks, and landforms. In Math, the students will be practicing and engaging in more complicated multiplication and division problems. In writing, we will justify our answers with evidence.
