Notre Dame Academy Elementary School is a private, Catholic, coeducational institution guided by the Educational Principles of the Sisters of Notre Dame. The Admissions Department evaluates many factors when selecting applicants to be certain the NDAE community maintains the mission and philosophy that has thrived for over 65 years. We seek families who will support our mission and add positive contributions to our NDAE Family. In accordance with our philosophy, NDAE welcomes students who want a Catholic, 21st century academic education, and will strive to be socially responsible citizens who think strategically, act independently, and lead by example in a community with peoples of varied ethnic, cultural, and financial backgrounds. It is imperative that all students accepted are prepared developmentally and academically to ensure schoolwide success.
As a Catholic school, Notre Dame Academy’s first obligation is to Catholic students who qualify for admission, especially those who are actively involved in their parishes. Students of other religions are welcome but can only be admitted as space becomes available.
Notre Dame Academy admits students who qualify for admission without discrimination based on gender, race, or cultural background.
